Terms of Service
Last updated October 2026. These terms are between you and Game Circle ("Pip", "we"). Questions: hello@pipassets.com.
Pip is in beta
Pip is new and still changing. Features may change or stop, and things may occasionally go wrong. We'll do our best to keep your information safe and the service running, and we appreciate your feedback.
Your account
Keep access to your email or phone secure, since sign-in links are sent there. You're responsible for what happens in your account and for the people you invite to your home. Owners decide on spending and on deleting information; members can do everything else.
Maintenance information
Maintenance plans, reminders, safety notes and "what if I skip it" explanations are general guidance based on the sources we cite. They aren't a substitute for your equipment's manual or a qualified professional's advice. Follow your manual where it differs, and if a job feels unsafe, ask a pro. Information read from photos is a suggestion until you confirm it.
Providers
Providers shown in Pip, and providers we arrange for you, are independent businesses, not Pip employees. We check their license and insurance, but we don't guarantee their work, and your agreement for the work is with them. Nothing is booked until you approve a quote. Prices are set by providers and may change if the job turns out different from what was described; any change needs your approval.
Using Pip fairly
Don't misuse Pip: no illegal activity, no uploading content you don't have the right to share, no attempts to access other people's homes or information, and no interfering with the service.
Your content
You own the information and files you add. You give us permission to store and process them to run Pip for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Ending things
You can delete your account at any time in Settings. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Responsibility
Pip is provided "as is" during the beta. To the extent the law allows, Pip isn't responsible for damage to your home or property, missed maintenance, or the work of independent providers. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be limited.
Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll tell you before the changes take effect. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
